I was delayed due to Uber driver delay but was seen even though I missed my appointment. This was a positive experience for me. I appreciate the attentiveness of the doctor that attended to me.
Upon talking to me the doctor took the decision that she felt appropriate to resolve my medical issues. I am very pleased with the prompt action by the surgery unlike my experience at the fracture clinic in the hospital who never responded to my calls or follow up call after my A&E attendance recently.

Very efficient admin staff my call was answered quickly. I was called back by a doctor two hours later. He was very kind and supportive and empathetic. He prescribed medication which I was able to collect from my chemist on the same day. I moved to this surgery recently. Telephone answered promptly in the afternoon. Very pleased to be able to book a blood test appointment at the surgery as it saved a trip to collect the form then book in at the Silverthorn Centre. I was seen at the surgery for the blood test more or less on time.

I have seen Dr Lynda Koech at my appointment yesterday, she was absolutely wonderful. I have been registered with Ridgeway Surgery for all my life and I have never had such a positive experience with a GP before. She has the most positive attitude, bubbly personality and was very attentive with my concerns. As a patient it is so nice to feel seen and feel comfortable with a doctor, her positivity brightens up the surgery. Thank you very much for your service.

I injured my knee on Sunday and by Tuesday morning it was too painful to walk. So phoned the surgery on Tuesday morning and they got me in on a cancellation which was very quick, within 2 hours
I saw the doctors who was very good and explained everything. I felt I have been well looked after by the receptionist and doctors.

She is exceptionally good at taking blood samples. She does not hurt or cause any after unnecessary bruising to the site. I felt very confident with this member of staff. Always efficient & professional.
