How to order a repeat prescription
Repeat prescription requests can be made:
- in person
- via our secure online form
- using the NHS App
- via Patient Access
- or by post.
We will need 2 full working days to ensure the prescription is prepared, verified and signed.
If you need your prescription sent to you, please provide a SAE, but also allow an extra day for delivery. If you wish to collect your prescription direct from Lloyds Chemist, Kings Head Chemist or Boots Chemist in Station Road, Wells Pharmacy Hatch & Mount or Benjamins at the Hatch or the Mount please mark this clearly on your request.
Lloyds Chemist (with a charge) and Kings Head Chemist can deliver to housebound patients.
Repeat Dispensing is available to eligible patients, please contact the surgery or your pharmacist for further information.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
